Prices and payment
Each item is stated with price excluding VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment.
Right of withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. In your message to us, it must be clear that you regret it. The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the item or a significant part of it. If the agreement applies to a specially manufactured product - or a product that has been given a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period begins to run on the day we have provided information.
You have no right of withdrawal if: The product is an order item, Specially manufactured product with or without personal touch. or if the Packaging is broken in an unsaleable condition.
When you have exercised your right of withdrawal: You are obliged to keep the product in as good a condition as when you received it. You must not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to negligence, you lose the right of withdrawal.

Delivery time is usually 1-3 days. Some products 5-10 working days. In the case of cash on delivery as a method of shipping, your goods will remain with the Schenker Ombud for four weeks. Uncollected goods are returned to us. Always contact Fleet Tec AB before sending any package to us. Returns are made at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent to our address as a letter or package, not against cash on delivery. In case of exchanges, we do not pay the new shipping from us to you.
Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, if it concerns an item: send or return it to us in the case of a service: keep the material available to us, if it does not cause inconvenience to you.
Obligation to repay
We shall, if you have exercised your right of withdrawal, repay what you have paid for the product as soon as possible or no later than within 30 days from the day we received the product or, if it is a service, the notification that you have regretted. You must pay the return costs yourself when you return the item. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods.
In case of non-payment
In the event of non-payment, Fleet Tec will send a reminder with a reminder fee. If the invoice is not paid immediately, the case is forwarded to the bailiff.

We reserve the right to make errors on the website, such as incorrect information regarding product or price. In this case, the customer is always notified.
